Valentines food

     As a premise, February 14th is called Valentine's Day in Japan.  This is an event where women give men sweets with chocolate.  It was a presentation about chocolate, which is often eaten on Valentine's Day. I learned more about chocolate by listening to this presentation.     First of all, chocolate is high in fat and sugar and high in calories, which leads to obesity, so I thought that I had to be careful not to overeat.  I was also surprised to learn that eating a large amount of food during pregnancy has a negative effect on the foetation.     On the other hand, I learned for the first time that chocolate has high nutritional value and is attracting attention as a health food.  For example, polyphenols contained in chocolate can be expected to have various effects such as skin aging prevention, arteriosclerosis prevention, allergy improvement, mental stability, and relaxing effect.  So it's not good to eat too much choc...

1.Mami Harada  She introduced the famous hot water miso in Kagoshima. She found that hot water miso was delicious when added to rice balls and rice. She was also surprised to find out that she was used in shochu.
